Recruitment Consultant

Spirehouse are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful legal division, as a Senior Consultant, Executive Consultant or Principal Consultant.

The Opportunity

This role is to join our successful and growing private practice permanent legal team.

You will take ownership of a warm file with existing relationships and work with law firms to secure permanent hires.

The role will suit someone who is strong at building relationships, enjoys permanent recruitment, is organised and is client focused.

Requirements

This desk requires individuals who can communicate with seasoned professionals and senior individuals in the corporate sphere, and that understands the challenge of executive level recruitment.

We are a Bromsgrove based recruitment agency with a national presence. We operate on a hybrid working basis so being commutable to Bromsgrove is essential.

Applications are welcome from consultants across all professional sectors, however it's essential that you have experience managing white-collar permanent recruitment.

This role would suit an individual with at least 3 years' experience, however more junior consultants are encouraged to apply – we are recruiting on other teams too.
