Recruitment / Delivery Consultant – M&E Maintenance & Facilities Engineering (Southern UK Market)

Location: Remote (Must reside in South Africa)

Experience: 2+ Years in Recruitment (Mechancial & Engineering/Facilities - Blue Collar Preferred)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Hours)

Focus: Contract & Permanent Delivery (Mechanical & Engineering) – Southern UK

Salary Expectations: ZAR 23 000 - ZAR 31 500 p/month (gross/before deductions)

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in South Africa with strong experience delivering candidates into the Mechanical and Engineering UK market?

Our client is a workforce solutions leader seeking a self-reliant Delivery Consultant to take ownership of their M&E Maintenance & Facilities Engineering talent pipeline across the Southern UK (London, Southampton, Home Counties, and surrounding regions).

This is a pure candidate delivery role - no business development required! You will work closely with UK account managers to place mechanical, electrical, shift, and facilities maintenance engineers into contract and permanent roles with top-tier clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ Years Recruitment Experience: Hands-on experience in agency recruitment or candidate delivery (prior experience in Engineering, M&E, Facilities Management, or Technical Trades is strongly preferred).
• Dual Desk Capability: Comfortable managing both fast-paced contract allocations and thorough permanent search delivery.
• UK Market Knowledge: Experience recruiting candidates across the UK market.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently from home in South Africa with minimal hand-holding.
• Top-Notch Communication: Clear, professional written and spoken English with the confidence to speak with experienced UK engineers and site management.
