You won’t need to be from an education background (although preferred), as long as you have the desire to learn a new sector and the experience of working in a 360 environment.

To be considered you’d need:

• A sales or recruitment background
• If experienced, a track record in 360 recruitment
• Education recruitment experience ideally but this isn’t essential
• Drive and motivation to be successful and develop relationships with schools
• The ability to multitask and self-motivate
• Access to travel to Southampton office
