Working closely with donors, corporate partners and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through mid-level giving, corporate partnerships and community engagement initiatives.

About the Role

You will identify new opportunities, nurture existing supporters and work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver exceptional donor experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising and partnership strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct donor meetings, presentations and stewardship activities.
  • Identify, cultivate and convert new donor and partnership opportunities.
  • Support the growth of key fundraising initiatives, including Jeans for Genes and Fight with Five.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications to develop compelling donor engagement materials.
  • Maintain accurate donor information, pipeline activity and reporting through Salesforce.
  • Deliver exceptional donor stewardship and relationship management.

About You

You are a confident relationship builder with a genuine passion for connecting people to a meaningful cause.

You will bring:

  • Experience in fundraising, account management, business development, sales or partnership management.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (highly regarded).
  • A collaborative, proactive and outcomes-focused approach.

Why Join CMRI?

At CMRI, you'll join a passionate and collaborative fundraising team that is making a real difference to children's lives.

We offer:

  • The opportunity to directly influence and grow an important fundraising program.
  • A supportive and highly collaborative team environment.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • Excellent not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.
  • A purpose-driven workplace where your work has real impact.
