Summary

We're seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to support our outbound outreach efforts by engaging prospective customers, answering general questions, and scheduling appointments. You'll represent our team with professionalism, maintain accurate customer records, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Communicate professionally with prospective customers.
• Explain available services and answer general inquiries.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments using internal systems.
• Accurately document customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Follow established call center procedures and quality standards.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional customer outreach and support activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM and scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in call center operations, customer service, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
