Summary

We're hiring a Remote Calling Associate to join our remote outreach team. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to prospective customers, provide information about our services, qualify potential leads, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls using our automated dialing system.
• Engage prospective customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Follow call scripts while adapting to each conversation naturally.
• Qualify interested individuals and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate call notes and customer records within the CRM.
• Respond to common questions and overcome objections professionally.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Perform additional calling and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day on outbound calls.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused phone presence.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, appointment setting, or sales is beneficial but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.
