𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

The Remote Candidate Outreach Specialist will focus on identifying and contacting potential candidates for available opportunities. You will communicate with approximately 150–250 prospects daily, introduce relevant positions, answer basic questions, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate qualified candidates for interviews. This position is suited to someone who is persuasive without being pushy, communicates professionally, and can maintain consistent activity in a remote setting.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

- Conduct outreach to approximately 150–250 potential candidates per day.

- Introduce candidates to available positions and explain key job details.

- Use approved communication scripts and recruitment workflows.

- Build rapport and maintain positive interactions with prospective applicants.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to understand candidate experience and suitability.

- Assess communication skills, attitude, availability, and alignment with role requirements.

- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates who require additional information or confirmation.

- Document outreach activity, screening results, and follow-up actions in the CRM.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment statuses.

- Meet daily outreach, quality, and follow-up expectations.

- Assist with other candidate acquisition tasks as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Excellent English verbal and written communication.

- Confident and professional phone communication.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.

- Able to conduct structured candidate assessments.

- Organized, consistent, and attentive to detail.

- Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity.

- Access to a computer and mobile phone.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or call center work is helpful but not required.

- English script experience is a plus.

- Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
