𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are looking for a Remote Candidate Screening Specialist to contact prospective applicants, explain available positions, conduct initial phone screenings, and identify qualified candidates for interviews. You will assess candidate experience, communication, attitude, and suitability using predefined criteria while maintaining accurate CRM records and providing a professional candidate experience.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Reach out to approximately 150–250 potential candidates daily.

• Explain available positions, responsibilities, and recruitment requirements.

• Conduct structured phone screenings using approved scripts.

• Evaluate candidate experience, communication, attitude, and suitability.

• Apply predefined screening criteria consistently.

• Identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Record candidate responses, screening results, and follow-up details in the CRM.

• Maintain accurate and complete candidate records.

• Communicate interview instructions and next steps clearly.

• Complete additional recruitment and screening tasks as assigned.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to evaluate candidates through structured phone conversations.

• Comfortable managing high-volume candidate outreach.

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and screening guidelines.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity connections.

• Computer and mobile phone required.

• Recruitment, staffing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience with English-language scripts is a plus.
