𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are seeking a Remote Phone Screening Specialist to conduct candidate outreach, explain available positions, complete initial phone screenings, and schedule qualified applicants for interviews. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with a high volume of people, evaluating suitability against established criteria, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Contact approximately 150–250 potential candidates daily.

• Explain available positions and answer basic candidate questions.

• Conduct structured phone screenings using approved scripts.

• Evaluate candidate experience, communication, attitude, and suitability.

• Follow predefined screening criteria and recruitment procedures.

• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

• Record screening outcomes, candidate details, and follow-up requirements.

• Keep CRM records accurate and current.

• Communicate interview instructions and next steps clearly.

• Complete other recruitment and administrative tasks as assigned.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to evaluate candidates through professional conversations.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of daily calls.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to follow scripts and established procedures.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity connections.

• Computer and mobile phone required.

• Recruitment, staffing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• English script experience is an advantage.
