Your Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product information, account support, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Achieve service quality and productivity targets
Requirements
Native or fluent Czech (C1/C2 level)
Good command of English (minimum B2)
Previous experience in customer support, contact center, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable using multiple systems and online tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization preferred
