Your Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure fast issue resolution
Meet service quality and productivity targets in a dynamic environment
Requirements
Native or fluent Polish (C1/C2 level)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with multiple tools and digital platforms
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization preferred
