Role: Remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Assist utility customers via inbound calls, supporting energy-saving initiatives and program enrollment

Provide customer service, technical support, visit scheduling, and program education across multiple platforms

Handle diverse customer inquiries, utilizing support scripts, talking points, and online interactions (chat/email)

Support performance metrics and adapt to different customer needs and programs

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED required; 6+ months of customer-facing experience, preferably in call centers

Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and ability to navigate multiple platforms

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation

Comfortable working remotely with a dedicated home office, reliable internet, and scheduled shifts

Additional Details:
- Compensation: $17/hour plus $65/month internet stipend
