Remote Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Creative (Full-time, Pakistan)

About us

Bridal Ventures is a Dubai-based group of wedding and lifestyle brands, including Simply Coordinated, Bridal Assists, The RSVP Team and Mi Casa Edit. We run several brands at once, and each one needs to look beautiful and convert.

The role

This is a full-time, dedicated position, not freelance or project-based. You’ll own the look of all our brands: social content, ads, websites and anything else visual.

What you’ll do

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories and reels covers across multiple brands
• Create ad creatives for Meta campaigns and iterate on what performs
• Build and update our websites and landing pages
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, price guides, presentations and print-ready files
• Keep each brand’s visual identity consistent while giving each its own personality
• Work closely with our Dubai marketing team on campaigns and launches

What we’re looking for

• A strong portfolio (this matters more than your CV), ideally including social and ad work
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, plus Canva for speed
• Website experience (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress or similar)
• Video editing skills are a bonus
• An eye for elegant, premium design; luxury, lifestyle or Gulf-market experience a plus
• Fast, organised, and able to juggle several brands with quick turnarounds
• Your own laptop, reliable internet, and backup power (UPS or generator)

• Full-time, remote from Pakistan
• Working hours aligned to Dubai: [e.g. 10am–7pm PKT, Monday–Saturday]
• No other jobs or freelance commitments during working hours THIS IS HARD REQUIRMENT
