Responsibilities Assist in the onboarding process for new employees Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks Prepare and maintain onboarding materials and documentation Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Support the HR team in various administrative tasks Maintain employee records and databases accurately Assist in organizing training sessions and employee orientations Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education in HR is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
