The Bromberg Allstate Agency is looking for an experienced
Licensed Property & Casualty Producer
to join our growing team in a fully remote sales role. We are seeking a motivated insurance professional who knows how to build trust quickly, handle customer conversations confidently, and turn opportunities into results.
This role is designed for a producer who enjoys sales, thrives on performance goals, and wants access to quality leads without spending their day chasing cold prospects.

What You'll Do
Handle a steady flow of agency-provided warm and live transfer leads.
Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Quote and sell personal lines insurance products while providing a high level of customer experience.
Conduct coverage reviews to identify opportunities to improve protection and round out accounts.
Build strong customer relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term growth.
Follow sales processes, track performance goals, and consistently work toward production targets.
Provide knowledgeable guidance while representing a respected Allstate agency.
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (
required
).
Previous insurance sales experience with a proven ability to close business.
Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products.
Confident communication skills and the ability to connect with customers virtually.
Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
Ability to manage your own workflow, stay organized, and work independently.
Experience That Stands Out
