𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are seeking a Remote Outbound Caller to support lead engagement and appointment generation through consistent outbound communication. You will contact approximately 350–450 prospects per day, introduce available opportunities, follow approved scripts, respond to questions, and schedule interested individuals. This position requires confidence, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced remote environment.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
- Complete approximately 350–450 outbound calls each day.
- Use the assigned dialer and CRM system to manage prospect lists.
- Introduce appointment opportunities and explain relevant details.
- Follow approved scripts and established outbound calling procedures.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a helpful tone.
- Identify interested prospects and schedule qualified appointments.
- Accurately record call results, lead statuses, and follow-up requirements.
- Follow up with prospects according to assigned workflows.
- Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team check-ins.
- Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout all calls.
- Perform other outbound calling and support duties as assigned.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Fluent English with excellent verbal communication.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong listening, communication, and objection-handling skills.
- Able to follow scripts and established processes.
- Reliable primary and backup internet and consistent electricity.
- Laptop or desktop computer and smartphone required.
- Strong focus, organization, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn quickly and accept coaching.
- Accurate CRM documentation and data-entry skills.
