About Us

Saint Visage Dental Group runs NHS and private dental practices across Scotland, Our remote team books patients in for their check-ups, treatment and manage appointments, so every dentist's diary is full and every patient gets the care they need.

The Role

You will call patients of our practices in the UK and book them in. Most calls are outgoing: you work from lists of patients who need an appointment, and your results are measured by the number of bookings you make.

• Call patients who are due a check-up and book them in.

• Offer a hygiene appointment on the same day as their check-up.

• Book patients in to finish the treatment their dentist has planned.

• Rebook patients who cancelled or missed an appointment.

• Call new patient enquiries from our website and adverts and book their first visit.

• Take deposits for treatment and explain our booking rules clearly and politely.

• Keep accurate notes in Dentally, our practice software, and send a short report at the end of each day.

What we are looking for

• Excellent spoken English: clear, natural and easy to understand on the phone with UK patients. THIS IS A MUST

• A quick learner. When you are shown something once, you can do it. When you get feedback, you use it straight away.

• Organised and accurate with details such as dates, times and patient records.

• A reliable internet connection, backup power, a quiet place to work, a laptop and a headset.

• Available to work 08:00–18:00 UK time (13:00–23:00 Pakistan time in winter, 12:00–22:00 in summer), Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays for practices that open then.

A plus, not essential: experience in a dental or medical practice, a call centre, customer service or sales, or with Dentally or other practice software.

What we offer

• Starting salary: PKR 65,000 a month, with increases based on performance and review.

• Full training on Dentally and on calling UK patients, with feedback from our sales team.

• Room to grow into team lead and coordinator roles as our group expands.

• Fully remote work.

How We Hire

Step 1: Send us your CV.

Step 2: If you are shortlisted, we will email you and ask for a short voice note on WhatsApp.

Step 3: A 10–15 minute introductory call.

Step 4: A technical interview. We send you a short prep pack first, and you tell us when you are ready.

Step 5: Two days of training on Dentally, then you start calling patients with a script and coaching.

Step 6: Your first month is a probation period, reviewed closely.
