𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are hiring a Remote Phone Screener to contact prospective candidates, explain job opportunities, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule qualified applicants for interviews. The successful candidate will communicate clearly, follow established screening standards, and maintain accurate candidate information in the CRM.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Reach out to approximately 150–250 potential candidates daily.

• Explain available positions and communicate role expectations.

• Conduct phone screenings using predefined questions and criteria.

• Evaluate candidate experience, communication, attitude, and suitability.

• Follow approved scripts and recruitment procedures.

• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

• Record candidate responses, screening results, and follow-up details.

• Maintain accurate and complete CRM records.

• Communicate interview instructions and next steps.

• Assist with additional recruitment responsibilities as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct professional phone conversations.

• Comfortable handling high-volume candidate outreach.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to assess candidates against predefined requirements.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity connections.

• Computer and mobile phone required.

• Recruitment, customer service, staffing, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience using English scripts is a plus.
