𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

The Remote Prospecting Specialist will identify and engage potential customers through high-volume outbound calling. You will introduce available services, assess prospect interest, address basic questions, and schedule appointments for qualified individuals. This position is well suited to someone who is persistent, articulate, organized, and motivated by outreach and appointment-generation goals.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

- Make approximately 350–450 outbound calls per day using the CRM and dialer.

- Contact assigned prospects and introduce available appointment opportunities.

- Follow established scripts, messaging, and prospecting procedures.

- Ask relevant questions to understand prospect interest and needs.

- Handle common objections while maintaining a helpful and professional tone.

- Qualify prospects according to predefined guidelines.

- Schedule appointments for interested and qualified prospects.

- Maintain accurate lead statuses, call notes, and follow-up information.

- Complete assigned follow-up activities and reconnect with prospects as needed.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations.

- Participate in training, coaching, and team check-ins.

- Support additional prospecting and outreach initiatives when required.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Fluent English with excellent spoken communication skills.

- Confident phone presence and strong conversational ability.

- Persistent, professional, and comfortable with outbound calling.

- Able to follow scripts and respond effectively to objections.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Reliable primary and backup internet connections and consistent electricity.

- Laptop or desktop computer and smartphone required.

- Self-motivated and able to maintain productivity remotely.

- Previous experience in prospecting, telemarketing, sales, or call center work is a plus but not required.

- Willingness to learn systems, follow processes, and accept feedback.

- Accurate data-entry and CRM documentation skills.
