About the Opportunity

Join our team as a Remote Recruiter and play a key role in connecting top aviation talent with leading companies across the industry. You’ll manage live requisitions, build strong candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and help drive successful placements from sourcing through closing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning their desk, working independently, and building relationships with candidates and hiring teams. You’ll work fully remotely while specializing in aviation and gaining exposure to a wide range of exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience, certifications, location, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Create compelling and targeted job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Present qualified candidate profiles to account managers and clients.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, gather feedback, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer negotiations and closing activities in collaboration with account managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, stages, and recruiting activities in RecruiterFlow ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Meet weekly activity goals for candidate outreach, calls, and submittals.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency, in-house, RPO, or BPO experience is accepted.
• Proven track record of personally sourced and successfully closed placements or hires.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence communicating with US-based candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Experience using ATS or CRM platforms with strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Consistent availability to work US business hours, including night shifts in the Philippines.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps.
• Backup internet and power, a reliable computer, headset, and quiet workspace suitable for calls.
• Nice to Have: Experience recruiting within aviation, aerospace, defense, or skilled trades.
• Nice to Have: Experience recruiting for the US market.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with RecruiterFlow or LinkedIn Recruiter.
