MindCore Network is a U.S.-registered digital agency helping small businesses in the US, UK, UAE and Pakistan win more customers online. We run social media, Meta and TikTok ads, short-form video ads, AI visibility (AEO), Shopify and AI automation, and websites.

The role

You’ll be the first voice our future clients hear. You’ll find small business owners on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, start real conversations, and turn the right ones into paying clients. We give you the services, the case studies and the support. You bring the hustle and the people skills.

What you’ll do

Build your own prospect lists of small business owners in our target markets

Send personalised messages and follow-ups on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, never copy-paste spam

Qualify leads and book free strategy calls

Close deals, with support from our team on proposals and pricing

Track every conversation in our CRM and hit your monthly target

What you need

1+ year in sales, lead generation or appointment setting (B2B preferred)

Fluent written and spoken English

An active, professional LinkedIn profile

Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection

Availability for 8 hours a day, overlapping with US or UK business hours

Nice to have

Experience selling marketing, agency or SaaS services

Arabic or Urdu, for our UAE and Pakistan markets

Pay and how it works

• PKR 45,000/month salary, starting once you close your first $600 in sales
• After that, your salary is paid for 2 months while you build your pipeline
• From month 3, your salary continues in any month you bring in new sales
• Monthly target: $2,000. Hit it and earn 10% commission on top of your salary
