What You’ll Do

• Prospect and attract new customers through proactive outreach

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients

• Conduct virtual presentations and product demos

• Negotiate contracts and close deals ($50K+ budgets)

• Track sales metrics and market trends

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution

What You’ll Bring

• Proven sales experience

• Background in construction, glazing, architecture, real estate, or design (preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to remote work

• Experience with CRM systems (we use Monday.com)

• Fluent English
