Sales Representative

This is a remote position.

Be a part of the ShoWorks Cloud helping fairs across North America to succeed. ShoWorks Cloud is seeking a Sales Representative who is technically savvy with great personal skills, an organized work approach, and a knack for fundraising.

Sales Representative will identify and pursue auction opportunities to secure clients, manage relationships and client expectations. An important part of these duties include assurance of successful implementation of online auctions from beginning to end. Including, but not limited to, answering client questions, meeting to perform a demonstration of the system, providing the client reassurance and empathy during high pressure moments. The Sales Representative will become an expert in understanding the relationships between 3 systems: ShoWorks Auction software, ShoWorks 2020 and Fair Vault.

Additional opportunities work with the support team after hours and on weekends available. The Sales Representative will escalate issues to the appropriate contacts through proper communication channels.

Preferred, but not required: The candidate may have shown /sold animals in 4H/FFA and has a passion for Junior Livestock Shows and auctions.

Having processed more than $140MM in bids since May, ShoWorks Auction is the leading auction platform for Junior Livestock Shows across North America.

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Monday-Friday 8-5 pm
  
• Self-motivated to work remotely
  
• Enthusiasm to make sales phone calls and virtually meet clients and potential clients based on daily/weekly goals
  
• Willingness to learn the Zoho Office Suite
  
• Ability to gain knowledge and awareness of the high-pressure situations our ShoWorks clients are experiencing
  
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written communication
  
• Values and executes documentation of work and managing task lists effectively
  
• Naturally seeks to troubleshoot and solve problems all the way to resolution
  
• Understanding of basic word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills (inclusive of mail merge)
  
• Ability to learn new systems quickly (ShoWorks Auction, Zoho Office Suite, ShoWorks, Access DB)
