Summary

We are seeking a driven Remote Sales Specialist to engage prospective customers, build interest in our services, and schedule appointments with licensed insurance professionals. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, overcoming objections, and achieving measurable performance goals.

You'll receive professional sales training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement into senior sales and leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls each day.
• Present services confidently and professionally.
• Build trust through effective communication.
• Schedule appointments using CRM scheduling tools.
• Maintain detailed customer records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions.
• Support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Reliable internet and computer equipment.
• Previous sales, SDR, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and coachability.
