Remote - Senior Power BI Developer

Core focus: Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards with a strong focus on data modelling and visualisation.

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)
• Experience with data modelling (star/snowflake schemas)
• Experience connecting to and transforming data from multiple sources (e.g. SQL Server, Excel, APIs)
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets
• Build and optimise data models and DAX measures for performance
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, refresh schedules, and access permissions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs
• Provide guidance and best practices to other report users and developers

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with SQL and T-SQL
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Microsoft Power BI certification (PL-300 or DA-100)

• Term of engagement: 3 months
