The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Analyst to monitor revenue processes, identify discrepancies, and help improve revenue accuracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue transactions and identify discrepancies or revenue leakage.
• Analyze financial and operational data to improve revenue accuracy.
• Work closely with Revenue Assurance, Finance, Operations, Billing, Analytics, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.
• Perform reconciliations between operational and financial systems.
• Investigate revenue-related exceptions and support timely resolution.
• Maintain revenue assurance records, reports, and documentation.
• Track revenue assurance KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support billing validation and revenue verification activities.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and management updates.
• Assist with audits and compliance-related documentation where required.
• Help improve revenue assurance processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain organized records and document control procedures.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving financial performance.
• Promote data accuracy and revenue integrity across business operations.
• Stay informed about revenue assurance and financial control best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in revenue assurance, finance, billing, reconciliations, analytics, or a related role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, or billing platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or financial controls is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• UAE or GCC finance experience is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant finance or analytics certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
