Join us as we lead the future of finance automation!
About the role
Serrala helps finance teams automate the flow of cash across order-to-cash, payments and treasury. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you make our go-to-market engine run smoothly: you own the systems, data, processes and reporting that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance rely on every day.
You will work closely with commercial leadership to forecast accurately, remove friction from the funnel and turn data into decisions. Location: remote, with occasional travel.
What you will do
-
Forecasting and pipeline: Run the weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence with Sales leadership, and keep pipeline data clean and trustworthy.
-
Reporting and insights: Build and maintain dashboards for bookings, ARR, win rates, sales cycle and funnel conversion. Turn the numbers into clear recommendations for leadership.
-
CRM and tech stack: Own the CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and connected GTM tools. Manage configuration, data quality, user access and new requirements.
-
Process design: Define and document lead-to-cash processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, quoting, approvals and handover to Customer Success and Finance.
-
Planning: Support annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, quota setting and capacity models.
-
Compensation: Administer sales commission plans together with Finance and HR, and make sure payouts are accurate and on time.
-
Enablement: Train users on tools and processes, and act as the first point of contact for GTM operations questions.
-
Cross-functional link: Partner with Marketing Ops, Finance, Customer Success and IT to keep data and processes aligned end to end.
What you bring
Must have
-
Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
-
Hands-on CRM administration experience, ideally Salesforce (Admin certification is a plus).
-
Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with a BI tool such as Salesforce and Kong
-
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, pipeline coverage, win rate, churn and net revenue retention.
-
Experience running forecasting processes and working directly with sales leaders.
-
Structured, process-minded way of working, with high attention to data quality.
-
Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
Nice to have
-
Experience with CPQ, contract management (e.g. SpotDraft) or commission tools.
-
Background in finance software or selling to CFO and treasury buyers.
-
Experience in a private-equity-backed, international company.
What we offer
-
A central role with direct visibility to commercial and executive leadership.
-
Real ownership of the GTM stack and the freedom to improve how we work.
-
An international team serving finance leaders at large enterprises.
-
Flexible and hybrid working, plus the benefits package for your location.
