Job Description
We're looking for a curious and motivated Risk Analyst to join our Emerging Risk team and help strengthen the way we identify, assess and respond to risk across the organisation. This role supports CSC's risk management framework through risk analysis, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
You'll partner with stakeholders across CSC to identify and monitor operational and emerging risks, support risk and compliance initiatives, contribute to audit and assurance activities and help improve risk management processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, challenging assumptions, learning new concepts and working across a variety of business functions.

We're looking for a curious and motivated Risk Analyst to join our Emerging Risk team and help strengthen the way we identify, assess and respond to risk across the organisation. This role supports CSC's risk management framework through risk analysis, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
You'll partner with stakeholders across CSC to identify and monitor operational and emerging risks, support risk and compliance initiatives, contribute to audit and assurance activities and help improve risk management processes.

What You’ll Do
- Support the identification, assessment and monitoring of operational and emerging risks
- Analyse trends, incidents and risk themes to provide meaningful insights
- Maintain risk registers and support governance processes
- Assist with audit and assurance activities, including tracking remediation actions
- Prepare risk reporting for leaders and key stakeholders
- Contribute to control testing, scenario analysis and risk projects
- Support regulatory compliance activities and governance obligations
- Collaborate with teams across CSC to strengthen risk culture and resilience
- Australian Citizen with the ability to hold and maintain a baseline clearance
- Experience in risk management, audit, compliance or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
- An interest in governance, operational risk, resilience or financial services
- Experience in financial services, risk frameworks, business continuity, incident management or governance systems will be highly regarded
