Role Overview:
The Sales & Account Manager is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers while managing client relationships throughout the sales journey. This role directly impacts company revenue through new client acquisition, account growth, and customer retention.
Scope of Work:
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Conduct sales consultations.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Onboard new clients.

- Generate £100–£500 Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Maintain churn between 3–5%.
- Achieve 10–20% upsell revenue.

- Camera must remain ON during all meetings with colleagues, clients, and management.

- Avoid AI-generated work; prioritize authentic, human-created content and communication.

Availability, Communication & Performance Expectations
- Reliable Availability & Scheduling: The VA must maintain reliable availability during agreed working hours and be able to attend scheduled meetings, team syncs, and client-related calls as required. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, with any scheduling conflicts or availability issues communicated in advance.
- Accurate Timekeeping: The VA is expected to maintain accurate and timely timesheets that reflect actual hours worked and active availability. Logged hours must correspond with completed work and agreed working schedules. Any interruptions, outages, emergencies, or other circumstances affecting availability should be communicated promptly to the client and documented appropriately.
- Strong Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are required for this role. The VA should be able to communicate ideas clearly, participate actively in meetings and team discussions, ask relevant questions, provide updates, and engage confidently with colleagues, clients, and prospects when required.
- Proactive Communication & Engagement: The VA should proactively provide status updates, raise concerns or blockers, seek clarification when necessary, and respond to requests within agreed timeframes. The client should not need to repeatedly follow up to obtain updates, confirm availability, or determine the status of assigned tasks.
- Reliability & Accountability: The successful candidate is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, meet agreed deadlines, and maintain consistent communication throughout a project. Any anticipated delays or challenges should be communicated as early as possible, together with an appropriate action plan.
- Project Timelines & Deliverables: The VA must understand the importance of meeting project timelines and maintaining operational continuity. Missed meetings, delayed responses, inaccurate time reporting, or lack of communication can directly affect project deliverables and client commitments.
