Rosabon financial services is seeking experienced and result-driven Sales/Marketing Executives to join its team in Asaba, Delta State.
📌 Job Type: Full-Time
📍 Location: Asaba, Delta State
🎓 Qualification: OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc.
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year
Job Summary
We are looking for motivated sales professionals with experience in loan sales, financial services, or related sales roles. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-acquisition skills, good knowledge of the local market, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Market and sell salary loan and investment products
• Source, onboard and manage individual and corporate clients
• Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Develop and maintain an active customer pipeline
Requirements
• Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc.
• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in loans, banking, insurance or other financial services
• Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Good knowledge of the Asaba/Delta market
• Existing client network is an added advantage
• Must be proactive, confident and target-driven
What We Offer
💰 Monthly Base Salary: ₦110,000 – ₦150,000 (depending on experience)
💵 Highly attractive sales commissions
