Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home. The intern will support the sales team by researching potential clients, preparing presentations, updating CRM records, and assisting with follow-ups and basic sales outreach.

Day-to-day tasks include helping create marketing content, supporting social media campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The intern will also assist with customer communication, gathering feedback, and participating in training sessions to understand ScaleVAI’s products and solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to learn modern sales and marketing practices in the tech sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal abilities for engaging with clients and internal teams.
• Customer Service skills to support client inquiries, handle basic requests, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Sales skills to assist with lead generation, outreach, and preparation of sales materials.
• Training-related skills, such as a willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and participate actively in product and process training.
• Sales Management skills, including organizing sales activities, tracking leads, and supporting pipeline reporting under guidance.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (current student or recent graduate) is beneficial.
• Interest in technology, immersive 3D solutions, and business automation, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
