Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sargodha. This position is responsible for promoting JNH Global Consultants’ services, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting them through initial inquiries and consultations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting walk-in clients, handling phone and online inquiries, explaining service offerings and processes, and maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions. The representative will participate in local outreach and marketing activities, such as social media promotion, community events, and partnerships to generate new business. The role also involves coordinating with senior consultants, providing feedback on client needs, and supporting basic training or information sessions for prospective clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and maintain professional, empathetic relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, convert inquiries, and support promotional activities across online and offline channels.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to assist in delivering basic information sessions and helping clients understand processes and requirements clearly.
• Relevant experience in consulting, education, travel, or immigration services is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Sargodha, manage multiple client cases, and use common office and CRM software tools effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ethical judgment when handling sensitive client information.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
