TalentPop App is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-driven Brand Concierge Specialist to join our growing remote team.

We're looking for someone who can do more than answer customer questions. You'll help customers discover the right products, create positive shopping experiences, and drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales and average order value.
• Guide customers throughout their shopping journey, from product inquiries to completed purchases.
• Handle product questions, order concerns, and customer complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers to encourage conversions, repeat purchases, and customer loyalty.
• Meet sales, conversion, customer satisfaction, and service quality targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the appropriate systems.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, e-commerce support, or a related role is preferred.
• Previous experience in upselling, cross-selling, or sales conversion is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident recommending products, explaining product benefits, and handling customer objections.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, goal-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Able to multitask, navigate different systems, and work independently.
