Customer Support Executive

We're hiring: Customer Support Executive

Remote | Part-time | Competitive salary

IoTize.ORG designs and builds industrial IoT devices in Pakistan. Since 2015, factories, parking sites and fleets have used our devices for predictive maintenance, energy monitoring and production tracking.

As our customer base grows, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems.

What you'll do:

Answer customer queries on phone, email and WhatsApp

Handle orders, quotes and support tickets

Guide customers through basic device and dashboard setup

Work with our engineers to resolve technical issues

What we're looking for:

🔹 Clear English and Urdu, written and spoken

🔹 Experience in customer or technical support

🔹 A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work

🔹 Comfortable with email, WhatsApp Business and ticketing tools

🔹 Interest in technology (IoT or networking basics are a plus)
