Sales Development Representative — Remote | ScaleForce

ScaleForce runs a Diagnose → Rebuild → Compound model: we find where a client's revenue engine is broken, rebuild the missing pieces (demand gen, SDR, AE support, conversion systems, RevOps), and scale what's already working. We embed as operators inside client businesses — not an outside agency, not a team they have to hire and manage themselves — and we're accountable to their pipeline numbers, not just activity.

What you'll actually do

• Build target account lists and identify the specific stakeholders to reach at each one
• Prospect via cold call, email, and LinkedIn
• Book discovery meetings for AEs and keep CRM/sales engagement data accurate enough that someone else could pick up the account cold
• Report back what prospects are actually saying so marketing and sales can fix messaging that isn't landing

What gets you hired

We care more about how you show up on a call than what's on your resume.

• Experienced dialers are absolutely welcome — if you've booked meetings from scratch before, we want to talk
• No experience? Also fine. If you communicate well, think on your feet, and can handle an objection without freezing, we'll teach you the rest
