Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote, Pakistan

Hours: Monday to Friday, North America Eastern Time (approx. 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT)

About Arise Employment

Arise Employment is a licensed Canadian staffing agency. We place pre-verified, fully compliant workers with employers across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, food production, and skilled trades. Every worker we place is covered under WSIB and provincial employment standards, and we act as employer of record so our clients carry none of the administrative load.

We are growing our sales function and building a remote team in Pakistan to support it.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to develop new business with employers across Canada. You will identify and reach out to prospective clients, understand their staffing needs, present our services, and work with our Canadian management team to bring deals to close.

You will not be doing this alone. Our leadership team in Canada works alongside you on pricing, client calls, and closing, and steps in wherever local presence helps move a deal forward.

What You Will Do

• Identify and research prospective client companies across target industries
• Reach out to decision makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Run discovery conversations to understand headcount needs, shift patterns, and pay rates
• Present our staffing solutions: contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and on-demand
• Prepare proposals and support rate and terms discussions
• Work with Canadian management to close agreements
• Hand off clear, complete job orders to the recruitment team
• Keep the CRM current with accurate notes, stages, and next steps
• Maintain consistent follow up across an active pipeline
• Meet monthly activity and new business targets
  

What You Need

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience selling to North American or other international clients
• Clear, professional spoken and written English
• Comfort with outbound outreach and a high volume of conversations
• Working knowledge of a CRM
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a backup power solution
• Availability to work North America Eastern Time hours

• Staffing, recruitment, or RPO sales experience
• Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing
• Familiarity with North American business practices
• Experience building a new territory or client base
