Role Description The Sales Manager (Contract) will lead end-to-end sales activities for RiskCortex’s AI-powered compliance solutions in the life sciences market. This remote role includes identifying and qualifying prospects, building and managing a pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and developing tailored proposals that align client needs with RiskCortex’s offerings. The Sales Manager will negotiate contracts, coordinate closely with marketing and product teams, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools, meeting agreed sales targets and KPIs, and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive renewals and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulatory technology.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling, with the ability to translate complex technology and compliance concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience conducting product demos and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Competence in contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA 21 CFR, GAMP, ISPE, EUDRALEX Annex 11, ABPI PMCPA, EFPIA, PhRMA) is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software platforms, and using CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, results-oriented approach in remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
