About Your New Job

• As Business Development Manager, you will identify and win new business opportunities focused on pharmaceutical manufacturing clients across Southern Ireland, with potential for national expansion.
• You will be responsible for proactively sourcing and closing large, complex deals through an end-to-end sales process, working closely with senior decision-makers.
• The role emphasizes hunting new business, building a strong pipeline, and independently managing the full sales cycle.

What Skills You Need

• Proven sales/business development experience with a strong record of generating new business and closing high-value deals, ideally in service-led or project-based industries.
• Independent, self-motivated and performance-driven, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, commercial, analytical and presentation skills; comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Location flexible: Cork preferred, but open across Ireland with the ability to meet periodically in Dublin.
