About the role As a Sales Representative – Rental Solutions , based in Karratha you will work closely with customers across the Pilbara and Northwest WA region to understand their challenges, identify opportunities and deliver rental power generation and temperature control solutions that support their operations and long-term success. Drawing on your commercial insight and relationship-building skills, you'll help customers navigate changing operational and project requirements while connecting them with the expertise, products and services that deliver real value. Partnering across sales, operations, engineering and service teams, you'll play an important role in growing EPSA's Rental Solutions presence across mining, infrastructure, ports and industrial customers throughout the region. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and convert new business opportunities across mining, infrastructure, ports and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding EPSA's presence throughout the region. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development through to proposal, negotiation and close. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, customer records and sales activity within CRM systems. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who brings both commercial capability and a collaborative mindset. Required: Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial, technical, rental or related environments. Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and achieving sales growth targets. Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing a sales territory, customer portfolio and sales pipeline. Ability to work autonomously and travel regularly throughout regional and remote Western Australia. Current Australian Driver's Licence. Highly regarded: Experience working within mining, infrastructure, industrial, construction or heavy equipment sectors. Knowledge of rental power generation, generators, temperature control equipment or related engineered solutions. Experience utilising CRM systems to manage opportunities, forecasting and customer engagement.
