Medad Institute is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help families and students find the right learning programme for their needs.
What will you do?
You’ll be responsible for turning genuine interest into successful enrolments by:
• Communicating with prospective parents and adult students in English.
• Understanding their needs, goals, expectations, and concerns.
• Explaining Medad’s Quran, Arabic & Islamic Studies programmes clearly.
• Following up with leads after enquiries and trial lessons.
• Answering questions and handling concerns and objections professionally.
• Guiding prospective students through the enrolment process and negotiating when appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Following up consistently until an opportunity is converted or closed.
• Contributing to enrolment targets while maintaining a professional, consultative approach.

Not necessarily.

The role will primarily involve communicating with prospective families and students in international markets, particularly the UK and US.
