Role Description

Sewasimilara creates custom couture that makes people feel seen and confident. As our Sales Specialist, you are the voice that turns interested prospects into clients. You will speak with people about their dream pieces, understand what they need, and guide them to say yes.

What you’ll do

Call and speak with prospects, and help them move toward booking and buying

Respond to every enquiry within minutes

Find new leads and qualify them so the team focuses on serious buyers

Listen closely to each prospect’s needs, occasion and budget, and recommend with confidence

Follow up consistently until a prospect decides

Keep accurate records of conversations, leads and outcomes

Share customer feedback and trends with management

Attend training at our studio at the start of your role (all other work is remote)

What you bring

Self-discipline to work independently and hit your own targets

Respect for people of all body types and backgrounds, in line with our inclusive values

At least one year experience

A law background or law studies is a plus (strong with terms, contracts and clear explanations)

Salary + Uncapped commission on every sale you close.
