Sales Specialist

Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a part-time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The Sales Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing customers, and promote PT. XD Sakti Indonesia’s transformer and related solutions in line with company objectives. Daily activities include conducting sales presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product information and timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining sales records, monitoring market and competitor activity, and participating in customer training or product demonstrations when required. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with management to support sales planning and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills in a B2B or industrial environment.
• Candidates should possess experience in Training and Sales Management, including supporting knowledge transfer to clients and assisting in sales planning or team coordination.
• Relevant experience in electrical equipment, transformers, or power transmission and distribution solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing customer and market needs.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with competency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
