Sales And Marketing Specialist

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for promoting Espaço Nelson Pires’ health care services and strengthening the organization’s presence in the market. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, managing sales pipelines, and preparing proposals and follow-up communications. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate digital and offline outreach initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with organizational goals. This role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and providing training or guidance to staff on sales and customer engagement best practices.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with patients, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to develop leads, manage accounts, and meet growth targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support staff development and ensure consistent service and sales practices.
• Candidates should have familiarity with basic marketing principles, including digital channels and campaign coordination.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in health care, hospital services, or related industries; relevant coursework or certification in marketing, business, or health administration is a plus.
