Are you ready to be a big part of something big?

At Trader Interactive, we make buying and selling a great experience. We’re a group of go-getters who decided they didn’t want to settle for the status quo. We come together as one team to build value and drive innovation across our industries - but we have fun while we do it and make sure our people are always our #1 priority.

When it comes to your career, we want to provide big opportunities to help you make a big impact. But for this to be possible, we strive to feel small. Small enough to quickly change tack, small enough to learn from different teams and small enough to connect authentically with leadership.

What We Offer

  • An inclusive and supportive work environment where you can move your career forward and will have the chance to do work that has real, significant impact on the world.

  • The opportunity to be a part of a global group of digital marketplace businesses (CAR Group) located across Australia, Brazil, Chile and South Korea - collectively we have around 1,800 team members worldwide, and our Global Talent Exchange Program means you might just find yourself working in one of those businesses sometime soon.

  • Plenty of flexible leave options and employee benefits including up to 31 days of paid time off in your first year, continuing education with access to LinkedIn Learning, a full benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401K with company match, and wellness program.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support the administration, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce Unlimited Edition environment. This role will help maintain a highly customized Salesforce platform supporting more than 300 users across multiple business units operating within a single Salesforce org.

The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-minded. They not only execute requests but also understand the broader business impact of platform changes. They are a strategic thinker who can evaluate how enhancements, automations, and configuration changes affect multiple teams, processes, and business units, ensuring scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.

  • Administer a Salesforce Unlimited Edition environment serving 300+ users across multiple business units.

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Flows and other declarative automation.

  • Support Sales Engagement, Cadence Automation, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), and Outlook Integration.

  • Configure custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and validation rules.

  • Monitor platform health, automation, scheduled jobs, and integrations, resolving issues proactively.

  • Develop reports and dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.

  • Support release management, including sandbox testing, UAT, and production deployments.

  • Troubleshoot integrations with internal teams and third-party vendors.

  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and administrative procedures.

  • Provide user support and training to drive adoption and best practices.

  • Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

  • Support document generation and eSignature tools, including Conga Composer and Conga Sign.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.

  • Experience supporting Lightning Experience in a complex, multi-team environment.

  • Strong experience building and troubleshooting Flows.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.

  • Experience creating reports and dashboards.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to evaluate the downstream impact of platform changes across users, processes, and business units.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Omni-Channel, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce Knowledge, Einstein/AI, and telephony integrations.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Sign, DemandTools, Gong, and GeoPointe.

  • Experience supporting integrations with ERP, finance, billing, marketing, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Knowledge of data management, release management, user administration, and governance practices.

  • Experience supporting multiple business units in a shared, highly customized Salesforce org.

So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.

TI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply. Trader Interactive is an equal opportunity employer where hiring is based entirely on business needs, job requirements, and individual merit.
