Salesforce Copado CRT

Required / Desired Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering and managing Copado deployments on the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, governance standards, and change control processes.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GitHub, Copado, and Jira for version control, release management, and service/change management.

• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and upgrading Copado as an enterprise DevOps solution supporting multiple Salesforce environments and organizations.

• Proven ability to provide oversight and guidance to Salesforce project teams on Copado usage, DevOps best practices, and release management processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within a Center of Excellence (CoE) or governance framework, collaborating with Salesforce platform owners and coaching development teams on best practices and operational standards.

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with the following certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator (Admin I & II)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and/or Platform App Builder

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.

• Copado Developer Certifications I and II are required.

• CRT certification is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows for process automation.

• Experience working with Salesforce Experience/Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Government Cloud environments is preferred.

• Strong experience in Salesforce requirements gathering, solution analysis, and creating/maintaining technical architecture diagrams.
