Salesforce Senior Associate Consultant

Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Associate Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and integration development to join our team. This role involves hands-on software implementation for Legal Technology, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes. This is a remote position that can be worked from anywhere in India. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support Salesforce and other Legal focused software solutions based on customer requirements. Engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, coordinating with technical teams as needed. Be open to learning new technologies, such as Luminance, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, and NetDocuments to support Harbor implementation projects. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate for user needs and product improvements. Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases. Manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication throughout implementation or support lifecycles. Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
