SAP Basis Consultant

Job Title: SAP BASIS dCEM (Digital Customer Engagement Manager)

Location: Eastern Europe (Remote)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of SAP Basis & Infrastructure experience in customer-facing/support/consulting roles.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Upgrade/Migration experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Strong SAP Basis experience in cloud environments, including OS/DB migration, SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA / SAP Private Cloud / RISE environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, escalation handling and customer support processes.
• Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder, relationship and communication skills.
• Experience working with international, cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to provide technical architecture and SAP landscape guidance to customers.
• Experience supporting sales-to-delivery handover, customer onboarding and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Experience coordinating with SAP Sales, Presales, Renewals and Customer Success stakeholders.
• Prior SAP RISE migration experience is an added advantage.
