Join us and contribute to our goals in your new role as SAP S/4HANA Functional SPOC (m/f/diverse) – FI at our location! In EMEA, we currently have two ContiTech rollout teams. Each team consists of one Rollout Team Lead (Function) and dedicated SPOCs (Single Points of Contact) for the following areas: MM, SD/TM/FT, WM, EDI, PP, QM, PM, CO, and FI. Your tasks: Coordinate and drive all rollout-related activities for the SAP module at a defined rollout location Ensure an efficient and compliant rollout of the SAP module at the site Drive kick-off, Fit-to-Template, and system test sessions in the plant locations, ensuring proper and timely handling of all findings and missing features Use JIRA (TM) to steer development activities of the respective IT teams and create user stories to define business requirements Coordinate data migration activities to meet the system test schedule and validate migrated data in test and productive systems Independently create and execute the cutover plan prior to go-live and organize post-go-live activities for the respective SAP module Establish continuous exchange with local key users, power users, and the location lead Train local key users and develop training plans for end users and power users Coordinate the rollout of CT tools (e.g. QDA) in close collaboration with BA, country, and location teams for the respective SAP stream/module Substitute and represent the Rollout Lead upon request Gain a comprehensive process overview of the respective SAP module, including a solid understanding of related modules Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable experience gained through several years of practical work Several years of experience in an SAP environment in at least one relevant SAP module and within a multinational environment Strong SAP know-how in the respective SAP module Project management skills with successful delivery of at least one global or regional project Solid business process know-how (preferred: experience in operational business, e.g. as LKU, CKU, etc.) Ability to drive change and lead by influence, while creating transparency Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Fluent English skills (written and spoken) and good German language skills Ability to think cross-BA and cross-functionally and to work in high-visibility roles Strong communication skills across different management levels, cultural styles, and diverse teams Experience in managing and guiding personnel in multinational, global teams Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approximately 30%) What we offer: The 13-th salary – Paid once a year, in December; Meal tickets - With a value of 40 Ron; Private Health Insurance – Health is the most important, so we offer you a medical subscription through Signal Iduna; Referral bonuses - We encourage colleagues to refer new candidates to us and, at the same time, to get the chance to receive a bonus; Bookster – Feed your body and your mind.
