SAP SD Consultant - Cairo, Egypt - 10+ Months

We are looking for an SAP SD consultant to support our client with commercial cperations, customer service, sales operations, and billing within the SAP program. The role ensures SAP effectively supports end-to-end order-to-bill processes, including order capture, pricing, availability checks, delivery processing, billing, and integration with logistics and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and validate business requirements for order management, pricing, promotions, discounts, delivery processing, invoicing, and billing.
• Ensure SAP SD design supports FMCG sales channels, customers, trade terms, route-to-market models, order and billing types, and credit management controls.
• Partner with Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Tax, Master Data, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Support master data readiness and validation across customer, material, pricing, and route-to-market data.
• Lead business testing for sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, cancellations, and credit/debit note processes.
• Support training, documentation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales operations, customer service, order management, pricing, billing, or distribution.
• SAP SD experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-bill processes, customer service levels, and commercial controls.
