SAP SuccessFactors Consultants – Permanent & Freelance

We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our international team, working on implementation and transformation projects for a range of clients.

We are particularly interested in consultants with strong Employee Central experience and additional expertise in either Time Management or Talent modules.

What will you do?

• Lead and deliver SuccessFactors implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live.
• Configure and optimise Employee Central and additional SuccessFactors modules.
• Work across Time Management (Time Off and/or Time Tracking) or Talent modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation and Learning.
• Advise clients on system functionality, best practices and HR process improvements.
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors modules and other systems, including payroll where relevant.
• Deliver training, documentation and knowledge transfer to clients and key users.

What do you bring?

• At least 3 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Strong Employee Central implementation and configuration experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Time Management (Time Off and/or Time Tracking).
• Talent modules (e.g. Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning).
• The ability to take ownership of project activities and lead implementations independently.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English. Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
• Based in the EU/EEA and available for remote or hybrid assignments, including 2–3 days per week on-site where required.
